Everything was perfect as always. I loved the details, like staff and rooms, they were perfect! The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a central area. Again, the venue was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Plaza. Good restaurant provided Chinese dishes.

Savoury breakfast and a cozy room : that's what I liked. Climate control, complimentary wireless internet and satellite television in the room, brilliant location. Staff were very supportive, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. The hotel was convenient and the in-house restaurant was nice.

The staff is courteous here, the services are good, and location is unbeatable next to Guadalajara as well as the cathedral. Clean and hip new hotel in Centro district...

Very comfortable stay in a NEW hotel. I got free upgrade and loved it. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Centro district. Also - not far from attractions etc as well as downtown.

The hotel was fairly clean and had extra comfy rooms. Reasonably large suite and comfy bed. Lots of options for breakfast, delicious cereals and eggs. Quick check-in & efficient service.

We loved this hotel, it was relatively small and spotless. Fabulous staff, tasty breakfast, classic double room and good bed. Simple check-in and friendly service.
